Returns and Exchanges

Free Shipping – Free Exchange – No Restocking Fees

We are offering Free Shipping on all items. There is no minimum amount required to get the free shipping. If you are not satisfied with your product and want an exchange, we are offering a free exchange. For exchange we will send you a prepaid return label.  There is no Restocking Fee.

Free Shipping: 

Now everything you buy comes with free shipping. There is no Minimum amount required to get free shipping.

Free Exchange: 

If you are not satisfied with the item and want to go with another item we offer free exchange. For exchange we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. The exchange will also qualify for free storewide shipping. No exchange is offered after 30 days of the item delivery.

No Restocking Fees: 

If you are sending the item in original condition with tags on and in their original packing, we offer no restocking free

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you are canceling an order before it is shipped to you, there will be a 10% cancellation service charge. 90% of the total amount will be returned back to you. At a time cancellation might not be available after 2 hrs of placing your order. To cancel your order, send us an email to contact@nooridresses.com immediately. You can call us but we still need an email from you to keep the record of the transaction. Any cancellation after the merchandise is packed and shipping labels are printed will be charged 15% restocking fees plus shipping and handling cost will not be refunded back.

Returns

No restocking Fees: If you are sending the item in original condition with tags on and in their original packing, we offer no restocking free

Shipping charges are not returned back to the customer. Please send your returned merchandise back to us in a box big enough for merchandise. Sending them in poly mailers, bubble mailers or too small box can destroy the dress. For us to except the dress back, it should be in new condition. Dresses send back to us in poly mailers or bubble mailers may be rejected for return and send back to you at your cost. If accepted, you will be charged $7 per dress for steaming.

All items must be in new, pre-sale condition if return is requested, without any wear and tear. We don’t accept returns with tags removed. Once tags are moved the sale is final. The merchandise will be inspected and if there is any visible wear and tear, it will be sent back to you at your cost and the sale will be declared final. We will not accept return for any merchandise with any kind of animal furs or scent and odor (including smoking odor).

All accessories and shoes sales are final sale. Any items that say Closeout or final sale are not eligible for an exchange.

Here is the process for return

  1. Place a new order online for new size. Once we receive your merchandise back in original condition, we will refund you for your merchandise amount back to your credit card you use while purchasing the dress. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. "Free shipping or promotional shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase". It may take 2 -3 weeks for us to refund you the amount, once we receive the merchandise back.
  2. For return contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We should receive your email request for return within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. After 7 days return request will be denied.
  3. Once we receive your email we will send you the RAN (return authorization number) along with return form. As far as we receive your exchange request within 7 days you are fine, even if you receive the RAN back after a few days.
  4. After you receive the RAN, you will have 14 days to deliver the dress back to the return address. The RAN numbers are only valid for 14 days. After 14 days no credit will be issued, merchandise will be discarded or returned back to the sender at sender’s expense.
  5. Fill the return form, put your RAN number on it, sign it and pack it along with the merchandise. Put the RAN number on the box. Write the RAN number on the box with big bold letters, which is easily visual to us when we receive the box. Any Merchandise send to us without RAN number on the box will be returned to the sender, at senders cost.
  6. You will be responsible for sending the dress back to us. If you want you can get the insurance of your shipment.
  7. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping & handling and wish to return the merchandise, the shipping & handling cost will also be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping and promotional shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase".
  8. It may take 2 -3 weeks for us to refund you the amount, once we receive the merchandise back.

Defected/Incorrect/ Missing Merchandise

For any defect or missing merchandise, customer must notify us via email to contact@nooridresses.com within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.

We will not honor the request if we get your email after 24 hrs. Please open your package as soon as you receive them and notify us immediately.

UNCLAIMED/REFUSED/INCORRECT ADDRESS GIVEN -

Any unclaimed or refused packages that are retuned back to us by USPS will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable..

Any packages that are returned back to us due to customers entering their wrong shipping address will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
